Cleek & Elin

The Law Offices of Cleek and Elin have been serving Marin County families since 1978.  Because our practice is limited to family law, probate law and estate planning, all of our clients are either individuals or families needing our help.  Our clients’ matters are usually intensely personal and their cases demand prompt, individualized and compassionate attention.

Our partners, Robert J. Cleek and Catherine A. Elin, are highly qualified and experienced practitioners.   Mr. Cleek opened the firm as a solo practitioner in 1978.  Ms. Elin joined the firm in 1994.   The Law Offices of Cleek and Elin recently moved to a new top floor suite in the City Center Building located in the heart of downtown Novato, CA.  Our practice has historically been limited to cases in Marin, Sonoma and San Francisco counties.
